PQE: 5+ years
We are a specialist boutique commercial law firm based in Henley-on-Thames, advising businesses, investors and private clients on a range of complex commercial matters. The firm has built a strong reputation for providing practical, commercially focused legal advice and developing long-standing client relationships.
We are now looking to appoint an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join the team on a permanent basis.
The Role
This is a varied commercial property position, offering the opportunity to work closely with clients on a broad range of transactions rather than focusing solely on one area of property.
Your work will include:
*Commercial acquisitions and disposals
*Commercial leases, renewals and related matters
*Property aspects of business sales and acquisitions
*Commercial property finance and secured lending
*General commercial property advisory work
*Managing transactions from instruction through to completion while providing commercially focused advice
About You
We are looking for a 5+ PQE Commercial Property Solicitor with solid experience across a broad commercial property caseload.
You will ideally have:
*Strong technical knowledge of commercial property
*Experience handling acquisitions, disposals and leases
*Experience advising on property elements of business transactions
*Knowledge of commercial finance and secured lending
*Excellent client management and communication skills
*A pragmatic, commercial approach and the ability to manage matters independently
