Description
*Manage and monitor outstanding debts to ensure timely payments.
*Contact clients to chase overdue invoices and resolve payment issues.
*Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and communications.
*Reconcile accounts and investigate discrepancies.
*Prepare and issue statements and reminders to clients.
*Work closely with internal teams to address billing queries.
*Provide regular updates on cash flow and outstanding debts to the finance team.
*Support the team with any additional accounting and finance tasks as required.
Profile
A successful Credit Controller should have:
*Previous experience in credit control or a similar finance role.
*Strong organisational and communication skills.
*Attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
*Proficiency with accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel.
*A proactive approach to resolving issues and meeting deadlines.
Job Offer
*Hourly rate of £16.00 to £20.00, dependent on the level of experience.
*Temporary position offering flexibility in working hours.
