Description
*Conduct compliance monitoring and reviews.
*Support FCA regulatory requirements and reporting.
*Maintain and update policies and procedures.
*Monitor regulatory changes and communicate impacts.
*Assist with risk assessments and compliance projects.
*Support AML, KYC, and financial crime activities.
*Review customer onboarding and due diligence.
*Prepare compliance reports and management information.
*Deliver compliance training and guidance to staff.
Profile
A successful Compliance Analyst should have:
*2-5 years’ compliance experience within Financial Services.
*Understanding of FCA regulations.
*Knowledge of AML, KYC, and Financial Crime controls.
*Strong analytical and communication skills.
*Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
Job Offer
*Competitive salary of £45,000 to £55,000, dependent on the level of experience.
*Permanent position based in London.
