The Role
*Develop and deliver advanced analytics projects focused on marketing and commercial performance.
*Build, refine, and interpret marketing mix modelling (MMM) and other analytical frameworks.
*Transform complex datasets into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
*Engage directly with clients to gather data, present findings, and support implementation of recommendations.
*Contribute to business growth by identifying opportunities to add value for clients.
*Support and mentor junior team members, helping to develop capability across the wider team.
*Collaborate with senior stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered successfully and efficiently.
Your Skills & Experience
*Strong commercial experience in analytics, modelling, or data consultancy environments.
*Recent hands-on experience building Marketing Mix Models (MMM).
*Excellent analytical and numerical problem-solving skills.
*Understanding of marketing, media, pricing, promotions, or commercial performance analysis.
*Ability to communicate technical findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
*Experience using Excel, PowerPoint, and Word in a professional setting.
*Exposure to Python, R, SQL, or VBA would be highly advantageous.
*Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high-quality deliverables.
