You will be a UK-qualified Solicitor with 8+ PQE, strong technical private client experience and a proven ability to supervise or lead others. STEP qualification is desirable.
A strong opportunity for an experienced Private Client Solicitor seeking seniority, leadership responsibility and a clear route towards partnership within an established Thames Valley practice.
The role will include:
*Advising on complex wills, trusts, probate, estate administration and tax planning
*Advising HNW individuals and business owners on wealth protection and succession planning
*Supervising and mentoring junior team members
*Managing client relationships and contributing to business development
*Working alongside financial advisers, tax specialists and other professional advisers
*Advising on LPAs, Court of Protection and capacity matters

The firm is looking for an experienced Senior Private Client Solicitor/Team Leader to take a leading role within the team, managing a high-value caseload alongside supervising and developing junior lawyers and support staff.
