Location: Brentwood, Essex
Join a picturesque hotel restaurant in Brentwood, serving high-end cuisine recognised with 2 AA Rosettes. Working with a talented Head Chef, you’ll help prepare high-quality dishes and develop your skills in a kitchen focused on flavour, texture and modern cooking techniques.
What you’ll do
*Prepare and cook dishes to the restaurant’s standards
*Work confidently across all sections of the kitchen
*Maintain high standards of food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness
*Contribute to a positive, well-organised kitchen team
What we’re looking for
*Previous experience in a Rosette-standard kitchen
*Good all-round kitchen skills and confidence across different sections
*A genuine interest in food, flavour and modern cooking
*Enthusiasm, reliability and a willingness to learn
*Good knowledge of food hygiene
The restaurant is accessible by public transport from Brentwood, Chelmsford and Ongar.
