Our client, a leading social housing association is looking for an experienced administrator/ repairs planner to support their in-house maintenance team. This role will support external contractors and the scheduling team to ensure homes are maintained effectively and safely.
What’s on offer?
*Rate of pay: £12.71 - 6 months
*Contract type: Temp
*Hours: Full time, 40 hours per week (Monday – Friday)
Key Responsibilities
*Support with the administration of repairs complaints, ensuring complaints are responded to effectively
*Undertake contract administration functions in the management of the repairs & maintenance service, insurance, re charges, right to buy and disrepair claims
*Liaise with third party contractors, suppliers and stakeholders, inclusive of Local Authorities, solicitors and insurance representatives in the delivery of the repairs service
*Provide triage support to all internal departments for the delivery of accurate and timely repair defect diagnostics, and adherence to the repairs & maintenance policies, procedures and systems
About you
*Experience working within a responsive repairs/ planned repairs background
*Experience of working within social housing
*Having a solution-focused, proactive personality
