Location: Manchester
Salary: £30-34,000
We are working with a well-established and highly respected architectural practice with offices across the UK, who are looking to appoint an Intermediate Architectural Technologist to join their Manchester team.
The practice has a varied portfolio spanning mixed-use, retail, healthcare and leisure developments. This is a great opportunity for a technologist with solid Revit experience to step up in responsibility, working on fast-paced, high-volume projects with strong support, clear progression and the chance to build your client-facing experience.

Key Responsibilities*Producing technical drawings and construction information in Revit
*Supporting project delivery across RIBA Stages 3-6, with increasing ownership of packages and details as you progress
*Working on retail developments for a major supermarket client
*Coordinating with consultants, contractors and internal project teams
*Managing your own workload across several live projects, with guidance from senior colleagues
*Attending client meetings and site visits where required
*Ensuring information complies with UK Building Regulations and relevant industry standards
About You*An Architectural Technologist or Technician with sufficient UK project experience
*Strong Revit skills, which are essential for this role
*Good technical knowledge and experience producing detailed construction information
*Working knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction methods
*Retail or multi-site rollout experience is advantageous but not essential
*Comfortable juggling multiple projects and deadlines
*A proactive, confident communicator who works well in a collaborative team
*Keen to develop your career, whether towards senior level, chartership or both
