Your Role
As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals to live the life they choose. Every day is different, bringing new opportunities to build relationships, encourage independence, and create positive experiences.
Your responsibilities may include:
Supporting individuals with personal care and daily living tasks
Promoting independence, choice, and inclusion
Assisting with household tasks and meal preparation
Supporting people to access their local community
Encouraging participation in social, recreational, and wellbeing activities
Accompanying individuals to appointments, shopping trips, banking, and social events
Maintaining accurate records and supporting individual outcomes
Working as part of a dedicated and professional team
No two days are ever the same, making this a truly varied and rewarding role.

Previous care experience is welcome but is not essential, as full training will be provided.
Working Pattern
Full-time and part-time opportunities available.
The role requires flexibility and may include:
*Early shifts
*Back shifts
*Weekend working
*Sleepovers
