An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Employment Solicitor or Legal Executive with 5+ years’ PQE to join a growing Employment team in the New Forest.
This role would suit an ambitious employment lawyer looking to develop specialist expertise, with a particular focus on settlement agreements, while working within a supportive team offering genuine long-term career progression.
The Role:
You will manage a busy Employment caseload, specialising in settlement agreements and advising clients on a range of employment matters.
You will have the opportunity to:
*Develop specialist expertise in settlement agreements
*Manage your own Employment caseload
*Provide high-quality, practical advice to clients
*Build and maintain strong client relationships
*Develop your technical expertise within a supportive team
*Contribute to the continued growth of the Employment practice
About You:
*Qualified Employment Solicitor or experienced Legal Executive with 5+ years’ PQE
*Strong Employment Law experience
*Excellent technical and drafting skills
*Experience handling settlement agreements
*Confident managing your own caseload
*Strong client care and communication skills
*Ambitious and keen to develop your career and specialist expertise
