Contract Length: 6-12 Months
The OpportunityOur client, a high-growth private equity-backed business, is seeking an experienced Senior Finance Business Partner to support the executive leadership team through a period of growth, transformation, and value creation.
This is a highly commercial role requiring an individual who can operate at pace, challenge and influence senior stakeholders, and provide meaningful insights to drive performance. The successful candidate will have previous experience working within PE-backed environments and understand the demands of investor-led businesses, including cash generation, EBITDA improvement, KPI focus, and strategic decision support.
Key Responsibilities*Act as a trusted business partner to the CFO, CEO, and operational leadership teams.
*Lead budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes.
*Deliver insightful financial analysis to improve business performance and profitability.
*Develop and enhance KPI reporting, dashboards, and management information.
*Identify opportunities for margin improvement, operational efficiencies, and cost reduction.
*Support board reporting, investor updates, and value creation initiatives.
*Build robust financial models to support strategic decision-making and business cases.
*Provide commercial challenge and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
*Support M&A activity, acquisition integration, and transformation projects where required.
*Drive accountability across budget holders and operational management teams.
*Partner closely with FP&A, commercial, operational, and finance teams to ensure delivery against objectives.
Candidate Profile*Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
*Proven Senior Finance Business Partnering experience.
*Strong background within Private Equity-backed, investor-led, or high-growth businesses.
*Experience supporting executive teams and board-level stakeholders.
*Demonstrable track record of improving business performance and delivering tangible commercial outcomes.
*Strong financial modelling and analytical skills.
*Advanced Excel skills with experience of Power BI or similar reporting tools.
*Experience working within complex, fast-paced environments undergoing growth or change.

*Strong communication and presentation skills.
*Comfortable operating in ambiguous and changing environments.
*Ability to quickly understand key business drivers and identify opportunities for improvement.
