Manpower is currently recruiting experienced Counterbalance FLT Driver (double handler preferred) to join a well-established client in Castleford/ Normanton. What You’ll Be Doing
*Loading & Unloading (60%) - Safely handling palletised goods in a fast-paced environment
*FLT Operation - Moving stock efficiently across the yard and warehouse
*Yard & Shunting Duties - Supporting vehicle movements and keeping the yard organised
*General Warehouse Tasks - Assisting with daily site operations and manual handling
Shift Pattern
*4 on / 4 off rotation
*Day shifts: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Pay & Benefits
*Basic Rate: £13.34
*Night Shift Allowance: £1.87 per hour for hours 22:00-06:00
*Overtime Rates: *£15.57 (weekday overtime)
*£17.70 (Saturday)
*£20.70 (Sunday)

*Valid Counterbalance FLT licence
*Previous experience (double handler desirable)
