Full job description A well?established manufacturing company in South Oxfordshire is seeking a permanent Assembly Technician to join their friendly, supportive team. This is a great opportunity if you enjoy hands?on work and want to grow your skills in a quality?driven environment. You’ll be active throughout the day - standing, bending and lifting - while helping produce a range of assemblies using hand tools and clear work instructions.

Key responsibilities:
*Assemble small to large components
*Follow drawings and instructions accurately
*Maintain a clean, safe workspace
*Support wider manufacturing tasks
*Deliver high?quality workmanship
*Work flexibly with senior management and the team

You’ll bring:
*Basic assembly/tool experience

*Strong attention to detail
*Good communication and organisation
*Reliability and teamwork

Hours: Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:00pm
