Experienced in commercial property management and confident managing a diverse portfolio, including compliance and vacant units?
We’re recruiting for a Property / Lettings Manager to join a large and well-established organisation in the Blackburn area, due to continued expansion.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced commercial property professional to take responsibility for a varied portfolio, managing day-to-day property matters while maintaining strong relationships with tenants and landlords.
The Role
As a Property / Lettings Manager, you will:
*Manage a portfolio of commercial properties
*Oversee vacant units and support the lettings process
*Conduct regular property inspections
*Manage lease renewals and associated negotiations
*Monitor and manage rent arrears
*Coordinate maintenance, repairs and contractors
*Oversee property compliance requirements
*Liaise and negotiate effectively with tenants and landlords
*Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
*Ensure properties are managed efficiently and issues are resolved promptly
Property / Lettings Manager requirements:
*Strong background in commercial property
*Proven experience managing a portfolio of commercial properties
*Experience dealing with compliance, maintenance and property management matters
*Strong understanding of lettings and lease renewals
*Excellent customer service and communication skills
*Confident negotiating and liaising with tenants and landlords
*Highly organised with strong attention to detail
*Proactive, commercially minded and solution-focused approach
*Professional working attitude
