This dynamic and expanding law firm is seeking an experienced Family Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join its Plymouth office. This is a unique chance to take a leading role in building a new regional presence for the firm’s family law services.

Key Responsibilities
*Manage your own caseload of private family law matters, including divorce, separation, financial remedy, cohabitation and children disputes
*Work collaboratively with a senior Solicitor based in another office
*Handle overflow instructions while building your own portfolio of clients
*Develop strong local relationships and establish a pipeline of work through business development and networking
*Deliver high levels of client service and contribute to the growth of the Plymouth office
About You
*You will be a qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with proven experience in family law
*Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
*Confident in managing and developing your own caseload
*Strong communication and relationship-building skills
*Business development experience or a willingness to grow the firm’s local presence
*A following is beneficial but not essential
