Experienced in commercial property and confident negotiating and closing deals?
We’re recruiting for a Senior Lettings Negotiator to join a large and well-established organisation in the Blackburn area, due to continued expansion.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced commercial property professional to join a growing team, managing enquiries, conducting viewings and negotiating transactions through to successful completion.
The Role
As a Senior Lettings Negotiator, you will:
*Manage incoming enquiries from prospective tenants and clients
*Conduct commercial property viewings
*Negotiate terms and secure new business
*Prospect for new opportunities and generate leads
*Build and maintain strong client relationships
*Progress transactions from initial enquiry through to completion
*Work proactively to achieve business and performance targets
Senior Lettings Negotiator requirements:
*Strong background in commercial property
*Proven experience in lettings and property negotiations
*Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals
*Experience progressing transactions through to completion
*Strong customer service and communication skills
*Proactive, driven and commercially minded approach
*Professional working attitude
