We are delighted to be working with a lovely mainstream secondary school based near Dudley, who are seeking an inspiring RS Teacher to join their team from mid-November on a maternity cover basis.
The school has a positive and inclusive ethos, with a strong focus on supporting both students and staff. They are looking for a teacher who can deliver engaging and thought-provoking RS lessons, inspire students across the ability range, and become a valued member of the department.
The Role*Teaching Religious Studies across Key Stages 3 and 4

*Planning and delivering engaging, challenging and inclusive lessons

*Supporting students to achieve their academic potential

*Contributing positively to the wider life of the school

*Working collaboratively with colleagues within the department and across the school

The Ideal CandidateWe are looking for a teacher who:
*Has experience teaching RS within a secondary school setting

*Holds QTS or an equivalent teaching qualification

*Is passionate about their subject and committed to raising achievement

*Can build positive relationships with students and colleagues

*Has high expectations of behaviour and learning

*Is enthusiastic, reliable and keen to become part of a supportive school community
