Description
*Support the Compliance Monitoring Programme, including testing and remediation of identified issues.
*Review and manage conflicts of interest and day-to-day compliance requests.
*Assist with KYC, identification and sanctions screening.
*Provide regulatory guidance to the wider business.
*Support the development and review of compliance policies and procedures.
*Keep up to date with regulatory developments and support regulatory change projects.
*Build relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
Profile
A successful Compliance Associate should have:
*Have 3-5 years’ compliance experience within an AIFM environment.
*Have strong knowledge of AIFMD, with exposure to MiFID II, UCITS and SMCR beneficial.
*Be proactive, organised and confident taking ownership of their work.
*Have strong communication, analytical and research skills.
*Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities
