Location: Manchester City Centre (Hybrid)
A highly regarded law firm is looking to strengthen its Manchester team with an experienced Solicitor to handle a varied caseload of defendant Motor, Employers’ Liability and Public Liability personal injury claims.
You’ll manage your own fast track and intermediate track caseload, advising insurers and local authority clients on liability, strategy and settlement. You’ll handle claims from inception through to resolution, including negotiation and litigation, while working alongside experienced Associates and Partners on more complex matters.
There is also scope to support the development of junior colleagues through mentoring and supervision, alongside opportunities to contribute to client relationships and business development.

About You
*Qualified Solicitor or equivalent
*Strong defendant Motor, EL and PL experience
*Good knowledge of CPR and insurance litigation
*Experience managing your own caseload
