Our client is a well-established and highly regarded South East law firm seeking an experienced Family Solicitor or Legal Executive with 5+ PQE to join its growing family department.
The role offers a high-quality privately funded caseload, genuine autonomy and the opportunity to develop your career within an experienced and supportive team.
The Role
You will handle a varied private family caseload including:
*Divorce and financial remedy matters
*Private children work
*Pre- and post-nuptial agreements
*Separation and cohabitation matters
*Negotiations, advocacy and client advisory work
*Managing your own caseload and client relationships
About You
*5+ PQE in private family law
*Strong experience across financial remedy and children matters
*Confident managing your own caseload from instruction through to resolution
*Strong client care, drafting and advocacy skills
*Solicitor or Legal Executive with a proactive and commercial approach
