Key Requirements*UK Experience: Recent, verifiable experience (minimum 6 months) working with children in a UK school, alternative provision, or youth setting.
*SEMH & Behaviour Management: Strong understanding of SEMH needs, trauma-informed practices, and de-escalation strategies to support pupils with complex emotional or behavioural challenges.
*Safeguarding & Compliance: An Enhanced DBS check registered on the Update Service (or a willingness to complete one with Randstad).
