A values-led, not-for-profit organisation is seeking an FP&A Analyst to support long-term financial planning, forecasting and strategic decision-making.


This is a standalone role with significant visibility across the organisation, working directly with senior leadership and the Board to influence key strategic and investment decisions.
Description
Develop and maintain long-term financial plans and forecasts.
Produce financial models, scenario analysis and stress testing.
Support budgeting, forecasting and business planning processes.
Deliver financial insight and reporting to senior stakeholders and the Board.
Analyse risks, trends and opportunities to support decision-making.
Profile
Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
Strong FP&A, modelling and forecasting experience.
Advanced Excel and analytical skills.
Confident presenting to and influencing senior stakeholders.
Experience within housing, not-for-profit or regulated sectors is desirable.
Job Offer
