Experienced Retail Supervisor ready for your next move?
We’re currently recruiting for a fantastic opportunity with a thriving fashion brand in Bristol. This is a great chance for an experienced Retail Supervisor to step up, take on more responsibility and continue developing their career within a high-profile store.
You’ll work closely with the Store Manager and play an important role in the day-to-day running of the store. From leading the team on the shop floor to driving sales and delivering a great customer experience, you’ll be someone who enjoys being hands-on and setting the standard for others.
What You’ll Be Doing
In this role, you’ll have responsibility for:
*Supporting the Store Manager with the overall sales and commercial performance of the store

*Leading and motivating the team on the shop floor

*Taking charge of the store when the Store Manager is absent

*Making sure customers receive an excellent experience

*Supporting the delivery of visual merchandising and maintaining the presentation of the store

*Helping maintain strong standards across stock, operations and compliance

*Reviewing KPIs and using commercial information to identify opportunities to improve sales

*Building relationships with customers and representing the brand positively

What Makes You a Good Fit?
We’re particularly interested in speaking with experienced Supervisors who are ready to take that next step.
You’ll ideally have:
*Previous experience as a Supervisor or Team Leader within fashion retail

*Experience leading and motivating a retail team

*Good commercial awareness and a strong focus on achieving results

*A customer-first approach and high standards of service

*Confident communication and leadership skills

*A genuine interest in fashion and working with people

*The ambition to progress and develop your career within retail
