An established and highly regarded law firm in Devon is looking to appoint an experienced Private Client Solicitor, Legal Executive or Fee Earner to join its growing Private Client team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a private client lawyer seeking flexible working, genuine career progression and a supportive working environment. The role offers hybrid working and flexible hours, with opportunities available across multiple Devon offices.
The Role
You will manage a varied Private Client caseload, advising individuals and families on matters including:
*Wills and estate planning
*Probate and estate administration
*Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
*Inheritance Tax (IHT) planning
*Trusts and trust administration
*Wealth protection and succession planning
*Court of Protection work, if desired
About You
The firm is seeking an experienced Private Client professional with 4+ years’ experience, who can manage their own caseload and provide high-quality client advice.
Applications are welcomed from:
*Private Client Solicitors
*Chartered Legal Executives/CILEX Lawyers
*Experienced Private Client Fee Earners
STEP or SFE membership, or a willingness to work towards accreditation, would be advantageous but is not essential.
