Full job description We’re seeking a future team member for the role of RFP/DDQ Writer to join our Asset Servicing Deal Management team. This role is located in London or Manchester
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
* Lead end-to-end delivery of RFPs, RFIs, and DDQs for Asset Servicing opportunities including Investment Managers, Banks, Broker Dealers, Insurance and Asset Owner segments.

* Develop response strategies, compliance matrices, executive themes, and win messaging aligned to client priorities.

* Partner with Product, Operations, Risk, Legal, Compliance, Sales, and subject matter experts to gather and validate content.

* Write, edit, and refine persuasive responses that clearly articulate BNY’s capabilities, value proposition, and competitive differentiators.

* Manage timelines, stakeholder engagement, reviews, and approvals to ensure on-time delivery of high-quality submissions.

* Maintain and enhance content libraries by identifying reusable content, proof points, case studies, and best practices.

* Leverage Loopio, AI-enabled tools, and Microsoft 365 solutions to improve response quality, consistency, and efficiency.

* Ensure all responses comply with governance, risk, regulatory, and information security requirements.



To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
*Experience preparing RFP, RFI, and DDQ responses within financial services, asset servicing, asset management, or alternative investments.
*Strong writing, editing, storytelling, and project management skills.
*Proficiency with Loopio, Microsoft 365, and content management platforms.
*Knowledge of operational risk, SOC 1/SOC 2, ISO frameworks, KYC/AML, data privacy, and regulatory requirements.
*Understanding of Asset Management and Alternative Investment products and services.
*Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across multiple functions and geographies.
*Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Communications, or a related discipline; advanced degree preferred.
