You will work with an impressive client base spanning developers, investors, business owners, FTSE 350 Companies, public sectors organisations, charities and HNW individuals.

The Role
A varied caseload covering:
*Acquisitions & Disposals
*Commercial landlord & tenant
*Leases and agreements for lease
*Development work
*Property finance & refinancing
*Options, overage and other complex property matters
*Corporate support on commercial transactions
You will have direct client contact, responsibility for your own matters and the opportunity to work alongside experienced Partners.

Who you are
*4+ PQE Commercial Property experience
*Confident managing your own caseload
*Strong technical drafting and negotiation skills
*Experience across acquisitions, disposals, leases and landlord & tenant
*Development or property finance experience desirable
