Description
*Ownership of monthly management accounts, P&L, and balance sheet reporting.
*Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning processes.
*Prepare accurate group reporting packs and ensure compliance with group deadlines.
*Provide commercial analysis and insightful reporting to support decision making.
*Partner with senior stakeholders to improve performance and profitability.
*Lead, develop, and mentor the finance team.
*Manage year-end processes and liaise with auditors.
*Maintain robust financial controls and processes.
*Support strategic projects and continuous improvement initiatives.


Profile
A successful Finance Manager should have:
*A professional qualification in accounting or finance or QBE.
*Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
*Proficiency with financial software and tools.
*Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
*Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly
