Full job descriptionSpencer Clarke Group are recruiting LSAs for SEN/SEMH schools across Alnwick, Amble, Ashington, Cramlington and surrounding areas.
The Role: 1:1 and small-group support, supporting learning and independence, SEN/SEMH needs and positive behaviour.
We’re Looking For: Previous LSA, TA or education experience, SEN experience desirable, strong communication skills and a calm, resilient approach.
