Full job descriptionSpencer Clarke Group is recruiting Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) for SEN/SEMH schools across Bolton, Salford, Rochdale and surrounding areas.
The Role: Provide 1:1 and small-group support, assist with learning and interventions, support behaviour and emotional regulation, build positive relationships and help SEN/SEMH pupils develop confidence and engagement.
We’re Looking For: Experience working with children or young people, SEN/SEMH experience desirable, school, residential or care experience beneficial, confidence managing challenging behaviour, patience, consistency and a genuine interest in supporting young people.
