Full job descriptionWe are proud to be supporting a high growth manufacturing business with the hire of a qualified Finance Manager to join a well-established international manufacturing business with operations across multiple countries.


Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will take ownership of day-to-day finance operations across several legal entities










You will also play a key role in management reporting, forecasting, statutory reporting, business partnering and continuous improvement initiatives.


Key responsibilities will include:
*Leading the month-end close process across multiple entities.
*Managing general ledger, accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
*Reviewing balance sheet reconciliations and ensuring strong financial controls.
*Producing monthly management accounts and performance analysis.
*Delivering insightful variance analysis and commentary for senior management.
*Managing rolling forecasts and supporting the annual budgeting process.
*Supporting group reporting and consolidation requirements.
*Assisting with statutory accounts preparation and external audit processes.
*Partnering with operational and commercial stakeholders across the business.
*Driving process improvements, reporting enhancements and control initiatives.
*Leading and developing a small finance team.


We are seeking a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) who combines strong technical accounting skills with a commercial mindset.You will ideally possess:*Qualified accountant status with several years’ post-qualified experience.
*Previous experience in a Finance Manager or similar position.
*Manufacturing, engineering or product-based industry experience.
*Strong management reporting, forecasting and financial control expertise.
*Experience working within a multi-entity environment.
*Excellent stakeholder management and business partnering skills.
*A proactive approach to improving processes and controls.
*Strong systems and ERP experience.
