Full job descriptionSpencer Clarke Group is recruiting Teaching Assistants for SEN/SEMH schools across Bolton, Salford, Rochdale and surrounding areas.
The Role: Support pupils in the classroom, provide 1:1 and small-group support, assist with learning and interventions, support behaviour and help SEN/SEMH pupils engage positively with education.
We’re Looking For: Previous experience working with children or young people, school or relevant care/youth experience desirable, confidence supporting challenging behaviour, strong communication skills and a genuine passion for helping pupils progress.
