A well-established South Yorkshire law firm is looking to recruit a Commercial Property Solicitor to join its growing team in Doncaster.
The firm acts for a broad range of commercial clients, including SMEs, developers, investors and owner managed businesses. The successful solicitor will have the opportunity to manage a varied caseload, work directly with clients and play an important role in the continued growth of the department.
The Role
You will deal with a broad range of commercial property matters, including:
*Commercial property sales and acquisitions
*Landlord and tenant matters, including leases, renewals and assignments
*Property finance and secured lending
*Development work and site acquisitions
*Option agreements
*General commercial property advice
You will have the opportunity to manage your own caseload with a good level of autonomy, while having support from experienced colleagues when required.
About You
The firm is looking for a qualified Solicitor with experience in commercial property.
You should be:
*Confident managing your own commercial property caseload
*Technically strong with good commercial awareness
*Comfortable dealing directly with clients
*Able to build strong and lasting client relationships
*Keen to develop your career within a growing team
