Reed Healthcare is currently seeking experienced Band 5 Community Nurses to support community services across Kirklees on an ongoing agency basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for nurses looking for flexible work, whether you’re seeking full-time hours or occasional shifts to fit around other commitments.
Key Responsibilities
*Deliver high-quality nursing care within the community setting
*Administer insulin safely and effectively
*Undertake wound assessments and wound care management
*Administer anticipatory medications in line with care plans
*Provide catheter care and management
*Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation
*Work independently whilst liaising with multidisciplinary teams
Essential Requirements
*Registered Nurse (NMC)
*Community nursing experience
*Competent in:
*Insulin administration
*Wound care
*Anticipatory medication administration
*Catheter care

*Strong communication and clinical assessment skills
*Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle preferred
