Full job descriptionPosition: Customer Sales Consultant
Salary: £12.71 p/h
Contract: Temporary
Location: Leamington Spa
Working Hours: Monday, Weds and Friday, 9-5pm while temping. Possible permanent opportunity to start FULL TIME hours in Nov 2026. Monday to Friday/Saturday, alternating weeks
Reed are representing a growing company, who have multiple sites across the UK. They require someone to support them during their busy period on a temporary basis. Permanent opportunity for the right person on full time hours only though.
Customer Sales Consultant duties include:
*Managing customer enquiries via telephone, email and face-to-face interactions.
*Supporting customers through the onboarding and account set-up process.
*Understanding customer requirements and recommending suitable solutions.
*Processing customer documentation, payments and invoices.
*Maintaining accurate customer records and updating internal systems.
*Resolving customer queries in a professional and timely manner.
*Supporting day-to-day administration and site operations.
*Ensuring customer areas remain welcoming and presentable.
Customer Sales Consultant person specification:
*Excellent customer service and communication skills.
*Strong relationship-building skills.
*Confident, professional and resilient approach.
*Strong administration and organisational abilities.
*Ability to prioritise workload effectively.
*Be versatile to help out with deliveries/heavy lifting where needed
*The location of the site is difficult to get to by public transport so ideally the candidate will have a driving license and own vehicle
Other essential skills and experience needed –
*Experience in customer service, sales, retail, hospitality or a customer-facing role.
*Good IT skills including Microsoft Office.
*Excellent attention to detail.
*Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
