Full job descriptionMy client is seeking an experienced and proactive HR Advisor to
provide professional HR support across the organisation. This is
a varied generalist role, supporting managers and employees
across employee relations, recruitment, learning and development,
and policy implementation.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide advice and guidance on employee relations matters,
including disciplinary, grievance, capability, absence and
performance management.
* Support recruitment, onboarding and induction activities.
* Coordinate payroll and pension administration, working with
Finance and external providers.
* Maintain HR systems, records and workforce data.
* Develop and update HR policies and ensure compliance with
employment legislation.
* Lead and support learning and development initiatives.
* Advise on right to work, immigration and sponsorship
requirements.
* Support HR projects, employee engagement initiatives and
continuous improvement activities.

About You

* CIPD Level 5 qualified or equivalent experience.
* Proven experience in a generalist HR role.
* Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
* Experience managing employee relations cases.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
