Requirements
*Previous experience working within transport planning/transport consultancy
*Experience at Senior Transport Planner level or equivalent
*Strong knowledge of transport planning principles and industry guidance
*Experience producing Transport Assessments, Transport Statements and Travel Plans
*Knowledge of relevant UK transport planning policies and standards
*Strong analytical, report-writing and communication skills
*Ability to manage projects and work effectively with clients, consultants and stakeholders
*Relevant degree in Transport Planning, Civil Engineering, Geography or a related discipline is desirable
Responsibilities
*Managing and delivering a range of transport planning projects
*Preparing Transport Assessments, Transport Statements and Travel Plans
*Undertaking transport analysis and assessing development impacts
*Liaising with clients, local authorities and other stakeholders
*Providing transport planning advice throughout the planning process
*Supporting junior members of the team and reviewing technical work
*Contributing to business development and maintaining strong client relationships
*Managing project timescales, budgets and deliverables
