Job Description:
Full job descriptionRobert Half are recruiting for a Finance Manager to join a chain of hotels and event spaces based in London.
Supporting the business and multiple locations this role will involve:
*Monthly close within five working days for every entity, plus monthly and quarterly financial reporting to the board with clear commentary on performance, variances, and forward risks.
*Weekly rolling 13-week cash forecast, monthly P&L reforecast, and group working capital management, including the deposit ledger and intercompany balances.
*The annual budget process across the group, built with each GM and the leadership team.
*Hotel performance reporting on a departmental basis, with RevPAR, GOPPAR, GOP, payroll cost, and F&B GP visible at each site.
*You will partner with each GM on the financial performance of their site.
*Rebuild the management P&L and put in place the supporting trackers to expose profitability across departments, menus, products, and event types.
*The financial control environment: controls, invoice standards, audit readiness, the year-end audit relationship across all five entities, and the group’s regulatory, licensing, and insurance obligations. Statutory and tax compliance for all five entities VAT across a multi-rate environment, corporation tax, PAYE and NI, franchise reporting and royalty compliance.
*Manage the relationships with external auditors, tax advisors, and HMRC.
*Payroll oversight across the group, including tronc administration and compliance with the Employment Allocation of Tips) Act 2023.

*£60,000 - £70,000 DOE
*5 days onsite
