Description
*Process payroll accurately and on time for all employees.
*Ensure compliance with current payroll legislation and regulations.
*Maintain and update employee payroll records.
*Handle payroll queries and resolve issues promptly.
*Prepare and submit payroll reports to management as required.
*Collaborate with the finance team to reconcile payroll accounts.
*Stay updated on changes in payroll laws and best practices.
*Assist with payroll audits and reporting requirements.
Profile
A successful Payroll Officer should have:
*Experience in processing payroll within a professional setting.
*Strong knowledge of payroll systems and relevant legislation.
*Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
