Full job descriptionWe are supporting a client who are keen to fill a Sales Order Processing position on a 6 month contract based near Didcot.
The responsibilities of the role would entail (but not be limited to):
- Processing the incoming orders and digitalising the hard copies.
- Raising the sales invoices via the accounting system.
- Managing the mailbox
- Liaise with the shipping partners e.g DHL/ FedEx
- Quarterly stock take
- Liaising with Head Office in Europe.
This is a temporary position paying up to £22ph including holiday, depending on experience.
The client is very motivated and would ideally like to have someone join them in the next week or so. This role would require someone to be in the office for at least part of every day due to the nature of the work, however days could potentially be split between in office & at home.
