Full job descriptionSpencer Clarke Group is looking for an Intervention Mentor to join a secondary SEMH school in Bury.
The role will involve supporting young people with SEMH needs through 1:1 and small-group interventions, classroom support, behaviour management and building positive relationships.
The ideal candidate will have:
*Experience supporting young people with SEMH needs
*Experience in a school, residential, PRU or youth setting
*Confidence managing challenging behaviour
*A patient, consistent and approachable nature
*A genuine passion for helping young people progress
