Are you a commercially minded fashion retail leader with a strong eye for product, presentation and customer experience?
We’re recruiting a Store Product & Visual Lead to join a trend-led fashion brand in Sheffield. You’ll take ownership of product presentation and visual standards, ensuring the store is inspiring, commercial and aligned to the brand.
The Role
*Lead and develop the Store Product & Visual team.

*Own product presentation, merchandising and visual standards.

*Deliver seasonal launches, campaigns and new product introductions.

*Use sales and customer insights to maximise commercial opportunities.

*Partner with Buying, Merchandising, Marketing and Retail Operations.

*Coach teams on product knowledge, presentation and commercial awareness.

*Support refits, new concepts and store development where required.

About You
You’ll ideally have:
*Experience in Product, VM, Product Merchandising or a similar retail leadership role.

*Strong fashion, premium, lifestyle or trend-led retail experience.

*Experience leading and developing teams.

*A strong commercial mindset and understanding of sales performance.

*Excellent attention to detail and a genuine passion for product and customer experience.
