Maintenance Engineer (Electrical Bias)
Location: Rotherham
Salary: Up to £51,137
Shifts: 4 on 4 off, rotating days and nights (2 days, 2 nights)

Key Responsibilities:
*Carrying out planned and reactive electrical maintenance across the site

*Supporting breakdown response and ensuring rapid recovery of production

*Working in line with health, safety, and environmental procedures

*Ensuring all parts and spares are logged and recorded correctly

*Driving continuous improvement and lean initiatives across the maintenance department

*Basic fault finding on two-phase motors and related electrical components

Requirements:
*Experience in a medium to heavy manufacturing environment

*Strong electrical fault finding and problem-solving ability

*Familiarity with continuous improvement methods and planned maintenance systems

*Comfortable in a hands-on maintenance environment
