Full job descriptionPrivate Client Solicitor
Location: Loughborough
I’m currently working with an established and growing law firm in Loughborough that is looking to recruit a Private Client Solicitor to join its expanding team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Private Client Solicitor looking to develop their career within a supportive and ambitious firm, with genuine scope to build their own caseload, work closely with clients and take on increasing responsibility as the department continues to grow.
The Role
The firm has an established private client team servicing a range of clients, including advising on estates in excess of the IHT threshold and could accommodate a qualified fee earner (Solicitor/CILEx), ideally with at least 1 years’ PQE. You will manage your own caseload of good quality private client instructions that cover areas such as Wills & Estate Planning, administration of estates, LPAs and Court of Protection work and life-time wealth planning matters.
Support is available from within an experienced and knowledgeable private client team.
About You
You will ideally be already working within private client law and seeking to push your career forward, confident in directly with clients and building strong relationships, capable of managing your own caseload and possess a commercial mindset.
