A leading and highly regarded law firm in Newcastle is looking to appoint a Commercial Property Solicitor to join its established and growing Property team.

The Opportunity
Working as part of a successful Commercial Property department, you will advise a diverse client base, including developers, investors, landlords, tenants, and owner-managed businesses across a broad range of real estate matters.
The caseload will include:
*Commercial acquisitions and disposals
*Landlord and tenant matters
*Commercial leases and lease renewals
*Development and regeneration projects
*Asset and portfolio management
*Property finance and secured lending transactions
*General commercial property advisory work
You will have the opportunity to build strong client relationships while working alongside experienced legal professionals on a varied and interesting workload.
The Candidate
Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors with experience in Commercial Property, whether recently qualified or more experienced.
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
