A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Family Law Paralegal to join an established and highly regarded Glasgow family law team.
Working alongside experienced family lawyers, you’ll assist with a broad range of Scottish family law matters, including divorce, separation, financial provision and child-related disputes. This role is suited to a candidate with existing family law experience gained within a Scottish law firm who is looking to develop their career within a specialist family law team.

The role
*Support Solicitors on a range of family law matters
*Prepare court documents, correspondence and legal paperwork
*Liaise with clients, courts and third parties
*Assist with divorce, separation and child-related cases
*Manage files, diaries and key deadlines
*Maintain accurate case management records
About you
*Previous experience working within a Scottish law firm is essential
*Family law experience is essential
*Familiarity with Scottish court procedures and legal documentation
*Excellent communication and client care skills
*Organised and able to manage a busy workload
*Proactive, adaptable and team-focused
