A highly respected and award-winning law firm is looking to appoint an experienced Residential Property Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer, or similarly qualified professional to join its growing team in Mansfield.

Working closely with the Head of Residential Property, the successful candidate will manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, helping clients navigate one of life’s most important decisions. You’ll be supported by dedicated paralegal assistance and modern legal technology designed to streamline processes and enhance the client experience.

The Role
*Manage a full residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion
*Deliver exceptional levels of client care throughout the transaction process
*Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders
*Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members
*Work alongside the Head of Residential Property to support the department’s continued growth and success

About You
*Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer, or similar qualification
*At least 3 years’ post-qualification experience in residential conveyancing
*Confident handling your own caseload independently
*Strong organisational and communication skills
*Proactive, client-focused and committed to delivering excellent service
*Comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team
