An FMCG business in Runcorn has acquired a couple of new businesses earlier this year, and through this exciting growth piece have a couple of opportunities within their finance department. This MA being the first role to add to their finance team.
Description
*Prepare and analyse financial reports to ensure accurate budgeting and forecasting.
*Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
*Provide financial insights to support key business decisions.
*Monitor and manage company budgets and financial performance.
*Ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies.
*Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial operations.
*Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
*Prepare and present financial information to stakeholders.
Profile
A successful Management Accountant should have:
*Professional qualifications in accounting or finance towards CIMA / ACCA
*Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
*Experience in financial reporting and budgeting processes.
*Good knowledge of accounting standards and compliance regulations.
*Proficiency in financial software and tools.
*Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Job Offer
*Salary between £40,000 and £45,000, dependent on the level of experience.
