Description
*Partner with the leadership team to surface value-add ideas, understand risks & opportunities, and rigorously challenge mitigation and action planning.
*Manage the long-range, in-year, and short-term planning process for revenue and costs, incorporating the latest information into a robust outlook and ensuring alignment with our corporate financial and strategic plans.
*Value-add analysis: In collaboration with the finance analysts and the data and analytics team, you’ll turn insights into actions to identify value-add opportunities.
*Investment Appraisal: Lead the assessment of projects that redefine our store operations, driving cost efficiency and elevating our customer proposition.
*Own the month-end performance narrative, ensuring performance is understood and necessary future actions are in place.
*Working with senior finance and non-finance stakeholders, you’ll help make complex financial concepts easily understood and actionable.
*Play an active role within the wider finance community.
