Description
*Prepare and analyse financial reports to ensure accurate and timely information is available for stakeholders.
*Manage complex reconciliations
*Manage budgets and forecasts to support effective financial planning.
*Oversee month-end and year-end financial processes, ensuring compliance with regulations.
*Collaborate with teams to monitor expenditure and ensure alignment with budgets.
*Provide financial insights and recommendations to aid strategic decision-making.
*Maintain accurate financial records and ensure all data is up to date.
*Assist with audits and ensure adherence to financial policies and procedures.
*Support the implementation of financial systems and processes as needed.
Profile


*Professional Accountancy Qualified required (CIMA, ACCA, ACA etc)
*Experience in financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, ideally within the not-for-profit sector.
*Strong analytical skills and attention to detail to handle complex financial data.
*Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
*Proficiency in financial systems and software.
*Excellent communication skills to work effectively with various teams.
