Full job descriptionAs an Administration Officer in the not-for-profit sector, you’ll play a key role in keeping things running smoothly by managing day-to-day administrative tasks. This remote temporary position is all about supporting the team to stay organised and efficient.

*Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth operations.
*Organise and maintain accurate records and documentation.
*Coordinate meetings, including scheduling and preparing materials.
*Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls, professionally and promptly.
*Assist with data entry and reporting tasks as needed.
*Support the team with ad hoc administrative duties as they arise.
Profile
A successful Administration Officer should have:
*Strong organisational and time management skills.
*Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks.
*Proficiency in using standard office software and tools.
*Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
*The ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Job Offer
*An hourly rate of £14.00 to £17.00, dependent on the level of experience.
